My account was terminated on July 30 in the outfit-experience moderation wave and was restored today (July 31) through Appeals. The account is fully back and in good standing. However, every community I own was locked as part of that same automated action and remains locked even though the termination has been reversed.
My question for anyone who’s been through this: did your locked communities eventually unlock on their own after the account was restored, or did you have to file a separate support request to get them unlocked? Trying to avoid opening an unnecessary ticket if these just restore automatically, but also don’t want to sit on it if a follow-up is actually required.
My account is active but all my groups are locked.
