Community announcement stuck processing, even from another authorized account

I cannot publish a new announcement in my Roblox community. The post gets stuck on this message:

Your post is being processed and will complete soon.

It has stayed like this for more than 45m. Refreshing does nothing. If I press Cancel, it returns me to the community’s previous announcement. Clicking Create Post again brings back the stuck post.

I also tried using incognito, and signed in with a different account that has permission to post announcements in the community. The same thing happened on that account, so this does not appear to be tied to one account or browser session.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the community (Alpaca Games! - Roblox)
  2. Click Create Post.
  3. Enter the announcement text and upload an image
  4. Try to publish it.
  5. The post becomes stuck on “Your post is being processed and will complete soon.”
  6. Refresh the page and reopen Create Post.
  7. The title, text and image persists but the same stuck post appears, with no way to publish or discard it.
  8. This happens every time in this community.

Expected behavior

The post should finish processing and become available to publish. If processing fails, Roblox should show an error and let me retry or delete the draft.

Issue reproduces for my other group too

I’m also having the same issue on my group (Testy’s Colorful Group). I also attempted it on another account on mobile, but it didn’t work.

Thanks for your patience, we have fixed the issue. If your announcement drafts are stuck, please make an update and Save/Publish; you may need to reupload your images.
