We are having some problems with the Web filter, basically we use Groups to communicate with our Playerbase and actually give feedback. The thing is that the new Webfilter doesn’t allow them to say certain words. But those words are critictial to understand eachother.

I’m a User that is 13+ and older, so I wish to see what is happening. Could I please just see everthing on the website, so that I can actually respond to my Players ?
The reason why the chat filter is there is to protect little kids from giving out their personal information.
Giving the access to view unfiltered messages as a 13+ account defeats the purpose of the filter
I don’t agree at all with above. Sure, that can be a problem. But the filter can still be in place for certain words. The thing is that it should be a blacklist, not a whitelist. Since too many are now blacklisted. And honestly it becomes quite impossible to communicate with Players now.
The filter isn’t ROBLOX’s choice. It’s part of the TrustE children’s safety certification they have. They have to prevent children from giving out their personal information at whatever cost.

That is all fine, but I’m just saying that blocking all word that aren’t on a Whitelist isn’t the right choice. I understand that they have to protect the privacy, but I just want to have a few words that are added to the list so I can atleast know what they are trying to say. Words as ‘Deathrun’ or anything in that matter would help me a lot already.
