Community Invite Disregards Max Groups

When using the “Invite” button on the collaboration tab on the Creator Hub (https://create.roblox.com/dashboard/group/members), any member that accepts the invite can still join the community even if they are at the maximum number of groups. Accepting the invite will cause issues with other endpoints that now return InternalServerError for my account because it is in too many groups.

Expected behavior

I expect invites to fail if the user is already in the maximum number of groups.

Hey @popeeyy , we’re close to shipping a fix for this, but I also wanted to check are you currently in a broken state still that you need our help with, or were you able to leave some groups to put it back in a good state? Let us know.

Thanks for checking, I was able to leave the group and everything works normally now.

Thanks again for raising this issue! A fix is now deployed that will disallow accepting the invitation while you’re at max groups.
