Community Shout disappeared on its own

Description

  • CommunityShouts that were previously configured have disappeared despite no actions being taken on my end
  • To my knowledge, there is no time-based expiration mechanism, but I’m wondering if it’s possible for them to disappear automatically?

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge

Hello @BlackSp_oon we experienced an issue yesterday that caused announcements/shouts not to display properly. The issue has been resolved yesterday, can you confirm if it has been resolved for you?

After checking the audit log, we found that a member of our development team accidentally deleted the Community Shout. We apologize for the trouble.
