Why are we begging for a feature to come back when it was on the site for decades in the first place? Why is this being forced? Why are you guys deceiving each other at the office and writing false statements instead of taking any responsibility?
Thanks for breaking my entire spawning system, by the way.
Not like I was gonna update it anyways, I stopped developing on this cursed platform a while ago for these exact reasons.
Still waiting for them to bring back classic heads and faces
@GeneralRelish ???

Youāll never forget from what you just saw. This is inside your mind and you are going to have nightmares with it.
donāt worry guys. we have makeup now. that solves all of the issues the community has had in the past few months. we can stop now. this topic can be closed now. we are at peace. WE ARE THE METAVERSE
remove ts bro what are we doin
What an absolute joke you are, also ignoring the community that posts under your thread. You are just another one of those delusional Roblox employees, and people could mistake you for a literal robot. I bet when you were younger, you thought: āLater I want to work at Roblox with my crazy ego and ignore all community feedback (the people who actually make it possible for your whole platform to exist, by the way).ā
Literally everyone disagreeing with this update is considered āfeedbackā? Only in your foolish fantasy world.
This might be my last paragraph here until any further notices or updates. I just want to leave a few final thoughts.
At the very least, give users proper 1:1 faces. We already have reported how crooked the default heads look after the āmigration updateā, and how different the pre-update heads were in terms of shapes. Look at the images below, Classic head and Hex head comparisons (pre/post update) are mentioned there.
Why was this update forced without even beginning work with the promised āKestrelā artists? Was it really not worth investing in actual artists who could improve this situation?
Now look at the prices of limited heads (previously faces). The iconic and highly demanded āSuper Super Happy Faceā has dropped back to its 2023 value, after announcement of this update alone.
āYum!ā lost more than 50% of its value. Going from selling over 1 million robux to a recent sale of 250.000.
No one is interested in these rushed heads/faces as limiteds anymore.
In summary, at the very least, make heads and faces actually look 1:1, at itās end, more than a half of feedbacks collected here, wants to see an optional switch to 2D classic faces and classic heads.
Iām not coping over the limited ones ā donāt get me wrong, itās fine, and I knew the risk I was taking investing my time and pennies into a virtual world. What Iām actually upset about is a horribly rushed update that doesnāt even let me normally wear my offsale and already-owned faces. We didnāt ask for a static 3D toggle, we asked for 2D.
For future updates ā donāt rush them. Take your time, polish everything properly, test it thoroughly with your team, build confidence in what youāre pushing, and actually take responsibility for your own actions. Learn to read and understand actual feedbacks, be more user-friendly, as itās always fundamental part of any ādesignerā jobs.
Bring back classic heads and faces already
Breathtaking to see weāve now gone weeks without a response, ever since I posed my question before.
So, @GeneralRelish, Iāll ask again - what do you want to say to the thousands of people whose feedback has been ignored? Iām not going to stop asking this question until thereās an answer. Iām not seeking to personally attack you, Iām genuinely asking for an honest and open dialogue about the situation so that this trainwreck can be resolved.
Billions of Robux have been completely wiped from the virtual economy, several faces have seemingly been completely removed, and thereās no end in sight to the madness; we need a great reset back to how things were in January so that we can proceed in a way that better respects the community.
Again: NOBODY WOULD HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS UPDATE IF IT WASNāT FORCED!
People who use R6 and Classic Faces donāt care about makeup or layered clothing compatibility. These two systems could perfectly coexist just fine but they just chose to brute force it.
not hiding your last seen and constantly hopping on the forum is wild work. just my two cents.
It has now been over a month since this update with no changes.
Red Tango, a face which sold for 15,000,000 Robux in the last 3 months; (equivalent to almost 60,000 USD in DevEx rates) still looks nothing like the original. As an owner of this face, this is very disappointing!
Faces in total have dropped over 30M dollars or 8B Robux in market cap since this update released. Very sad to see!
Do we know if Kestrel even started working on the faces yet? If they havenāt then when?
