60+ days without any MIDR response. acksuh is thinking about arbitration.
Again… is it that difficult to look at any of these screenshots and put two and two together? Also, of course, after sending ANY screenshots to that Appeals Lead, I get zero response back.
EDIT: Right after this post acksuh’s just got denied.
I’m late to this but I sent in a MIDR and it arrived about a week ago now. I made sure to show when my account was hacked, included the hacker’s email and IP, showed that I’ve been unbanned before, included all the friends that were added to my account, all the trades and spent robux, everything.
Gonna be a while before I hear back from that obviously but I’ve started receiving responses from some of my appeals exactly two months later (denied of course) and I still know nothing about why my account is banned, so I’m assuming you’re correct in that it’s stack bans.
I’ve tried getting support on every platform you can imagine but sadly no response anywhere. I’m also trying to get more info on the hackers so I could possibly report them to the authorities as at least in my case I had $14k in assets stolen by them and MAYBE that’ll get some attention.
I was waiting on another, but I have one that came in today. Hopefully things turn out well for both of us.
I will not be replying to other posts about my ban until my MIDR has received a response.

Update on my ban:
I used a VPN from the EU, and it shows that automated systems were used to detect and make the decision.
Let me also compare the situation with Appeals Lead 1 and Appeals Lead 2:
Appeals Lead 1:
Stated that my ban was correct, but I never gave them my evidence material since the appeal was from March, and I did not know about it until the end of April. They were linked to the material AFTER they rejected me. There is no comment from them to this day.
I received this the day after I did my FTC report.
Appeals Lead 2:
I was told I can not be helped since they can only help users who are appealing within the 30-day window. As shown, my appeal itself is well within my 30-day appeal window, but the evidence is outside of it. They are refusing to help me further.
I received this the day after my MIDR arrived.
Let this be clear: not only is my evidence being refused to be looked at from the start, but I can no longer be helped, even though I received a response outside the 30-day window.
I am being told I can not be helped when my evidence is linked.
