Consistent frame drops in-game and in roblox studio whenever you move your mouse cursor around

Today I and a few others started seeing frame drops when moving the mouse cursor around while walking/jumping in-game and even affects roblox studio.

Reproduction Steps

  • Join any game on roblox or baseplate.
  • Move your mouse cursor around while you play and walk around.
  • Enter a roblox studio place.
  • Move your mouse cursor around while moving around using W,A,S,D keys.

Expected behavior

  • There would be no frame drops while moving the mouse cursor when playing.

Has been an issue since at least the 30th of July. Experienced this while working on some optimizations for SCP: Roleplay.

Not exactly a bug according to OP.
