When I weld this to the player or use any other constraint weather it be a rope or rigid, it glitches the hose and makes it stiff and not reactive. This isn’t replicated on the client, but for other players they can see the same thing the server does. This doesn’t happen when I weld it to a non player character such as a random part. I am not sure why this happens, I made all the parts massless. I also assigned networkowner of all the parts of the hose to the player.
