They are there so that it can be moved as well as kept in position during firing presumably.

Ah thanks for the calcification on it. Beside that, which I saw confused if before, I thinks this is an amazing build! I can’t really think of anything you could change!
The only thing that I would even consider changing is the look of the wheels a bit, but overall this build is amazing!
