Hello. Recently I’ve lost my group and game due to a fraud. I have been trying to contact Roblox support. They said they’ll investigate and meanwhile send all the proof I have. I did, via e-mail. I just wanted to ask if anyone else had the same problems and what I’m doing is the correct thing or not. Should I contact somewhere else such as Developer Relations or something? It’s been one week so far and I know that these people are an organized crime gang which had many victims before. It’s also very obvious that the group is stolen because even founder role still has my nickname in it.
