1. Confusing Use of Future Date for “Last Updated”
Issue:
At the top of the page, the following is displayed:
Effective Date: June 30, 2025
Last Updated: June 30, 2025
This creates confusion, as today is May 31, 2025. A “Last Updated” date should reflect when the content was most recently modified—typically a past or current date, not a date in the future.
Expected Fix:
- Change “Last Updated” to a past or current date (e.g., May 30, 2025),
OR - Clearly indicate that both dates are scheduled (e.g., “These terms will become effective on June 30, 2025”).
2. Broken Formatting in Embedded Creator Terms – Section 6: “Restrictions on Use”
Issue:
Within the page, there’s a preview/embedded version of the Creator Terms. In this preview, Section 6: “Restrictions on Use” is severely misformatted:
- The content appears fragmented, with lines and phrases split across lines unnaturally
- Divider lines (—) and subpoints are misaligned or misplaced
- The visual structure is chaotic, making it difficult to parse the actual list of restrictions
Expected Fix:
Ensure this version displays proper formatting (e.g., bullet points or numbered list, appropriate indentation and line spacing).
- These issues appear specifically on the announcement page, not necessarily on the full standalone Terms or Creator Terms pages.
