I suggest when you post for recruitment, you have somewhat of an idea at hand and ready to share.
Just saying." And I dont Have an idea on what type of game we could make but We could all discuss on what game to make in discord" is just telling people who want to apply: Hey, I don’t have an idea what we’re going to do and why I’m recruiting you.

It’d be better for your group if you had an idea of your game at hand before you try to recruit.
Next, I’d suggest working to have either a contract, commission, or backup payment.
This is to ensure the benefit and pursued outcome of both ends.

He isn’t judging you, he is helping you by saying that people should know what type of game they are working on before they take up the job.

I understand that but some people just dont feel the same on other peoples opinions. Thank you

I guess technically it is my opinion. However, I don’t doubt that the majority of the people reading this share the same opinion about your post, and that’s what you should be caring about, what people(potential recruits) think about your group. I am simply voicing that and recommending you change certain aspects of your post -

It probably wouldn’t be so nice for you, as you lose the ability to improve your post and increase your level of professionalism. I’m not judging you, I’m judging your post and giving you constructive criticism. Your decision to take it personally is yours and yours only.
