My AI Chat game uses the new Generative AI API for custom chats, but there seems not to be a place to select non-limited interactions (e.g., saving AI chats so users can continue them in other sessions)
I need to set it to non-limited as that are the supposed rules. I’m unsure why that is as other AI chat games using their own systems are like 5+

The ‘Non-limited’ option will only appear after you have verified your age as 17+ on your account. Also the players have to be 17+
So, yes they are violating the rules if you can go back to the chats later.

How do all other ai chat games maintain a rating of 5+
They most likely selected, the Limited Option. Which then violates the rules, you can probably go and report them.
