Greetings, previously I came here around 5 days ago with a post regarding issues that I have been having for the past month with the AI Ad Manager System. I have been very patient on a proper response regarding this issue by checking the post every single day for a response to the issue but there has been none at all. Initially I made a post regarding this but since someone else made a post about it before me they decided to close mines since it was the same issue. The other person’s post was closed and from what I can tell there wasn’t any response from Roblox on the post so I decided to make a second post about this issue.
From the 14th of August, I have been having an issue with the Ad Manager where I can make a campaign but it does not show any results or spreads awareness of the advertisement. The picture below shows what I am talking about.
I do not want to come off as rude or impatient in any form but it is very hard to be patient considering I have been going back and forth emails with Roblox Support with no resolution in any form for about a month now. They keep telling me that I need to adjust my audience targeting, bidding amount, timing etc but nothing has worked. Throughout this whole time I have created almost 10 different campaigns with none being successful.
I have created 2 different ads which both started on September 5th with no results from the campaigns.

This is my second time on the dev forum asking if Roblox can please sort out this issue as it’s practically impossible for me to advertise my games with this bug that’s occurring on the website.
Expected behavior
What I would expect to happen is the issues with the Ad Manager to be resolved. It’s been a month with no resolution to this issue at all and it’s been really difficult and practically impossible for me to advertise my game that I made. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue can be solved.
