Staff usually don’t post updates for every minor delay like this. If the timeframe passed, it just means they are behind on processing. There is not much to be done besides waiting for them to catch up.
Automation handles the initial trigger, but there is still manual verification and processing involved on their end. It is not as simple as just hitting a send button.
