Convert PNG image to extruded Mesh

I need a PNG file logo to be converted to a mesh. I tried countless online converters, but I can not figure it out.

In Blender it says I need .svg files but the conversions online all make invalid SVG files.
I think it has to do with the conversion websites, but then again I have no idea how else to accomplish said task.

If I can get instructions how to do so, please help.
I am willing to pay someone to do it for me. I don’t know how difficult it is, but I hope someone is able to do it for a small payment (50+ R$).

If graphic software such as Illustrator you can use the tracing feature to convert the image from pixels to vector and then save as svg.
