LRs Cooldown = 10 days.
MRs Cooldown = 1 month.
HRs Cooldown = 1.5k month.
SHRs Cooldown = 3 months.
Promoting someone on Cooldown is against the rules and it’s considered AA, which will lead to hard consequences.
