I’m in the process of creating models. i recreate the models from other games (not from roblox) for example i found cool things in PVZ GW2. I have already created a couple that actually look the same in detail. But I change a pair for myself.
My question would be whether something like that counts as copyright.
How about for UGC creators who do exactly the same and then upload it to the avatar shop?

I doubt it does. I read somewhere that roblox doesn’t care if you steal models and games. This could be very very very wrong so take it with a pinch of salt.

If the items are fully created by you (even if the idea isn’t) and there are slight differences, that’s enough originality to be legally allowed. Roblox does care if you steal models; if someone steals your models, contact Roblox Support.
