I was wondering if it was copyright to create a game with logos for a guess the logo game.

Well technically, yes, it would be. Right now, I don’t think Roblox really cares about hunting down copyright infringements like these (hence the amount of “Guess the Logo” games including trademarked logos on their game icons), but they can still be taken down if infringements were caught by the original copyright holder and reported to Roblox.
