Costum character animation problem

So, my game is about playing as costum characters and we already added a bunch but the new one i added doesnt play the animations on other players screen even tho i use the same script for the other costum Characters, i can see the animations on the costum character but the other players cant, what causes this, the model?

Can the other person see the animations only?

others cant see my animations, i can see mine and this is also the first time it happend

I don’t know, maybe they needed to load in. Did you tried playing for longer?

yep but it still doesnt work for some reason
