In summary i’m going to have elixir lounges for a lack of better words that sell drinks in my cowboy game. now these drinks are going to be expired so if you drink them you may experience some visual things like wooziness and if you drink enough you pass out. they’ll be clearly labeled “Cider xExpiredx” or “Cactus concentrate xExpiredx” etc. could this get my game taken down…?
I prob think this is completly fine as long as you don’t completly state that they are expired or something similar that could imply that your drink is expired.
Just to put an example, in a game i’m making i have a container that is very similar to a pill container, the pills are expired, this explains the secondary effects that the pills give you when you take them.
I NEVER say that the pills are expired, i just placed a label on the container that says that the pills will expire on a certain date, and in somewhere on my game there is a calendar which marks a date after the pills expiration; So players might notice it, but as long as you never actually state it you will be fine.
(I also didn’t model the actual pills, just the container)
The names of your drinks also are fictional, i would personally remove the “xExpiredx”, but i think you shouldn’t have any problems with that naming.
i guess no if you complete the questionnaire there is like a question asking if there is alcohol in your game so yeah your good to go
