This is pretty sick! I really like the transitions from menu to playing the game. Although, maybe add a goal since I had no idea what to do. Other then that, pretty cool stuff!

The building is decent, the scripting is well made but it seems a bit plain and empty, if you add more decor and make the building and rooms more alive, the game will overall give off a better look.

I can’t find the game part of this game. All you are able to do is select one team. When you switch to that team you have no apparent goals apart from wandering around. I think that’s a problem with most SCP inspired games. There is simply a lack of in-game progression which makes the game less interesting. In my opinion, this game really can use a quest system or something similar to give players proper goals and reward them appropriately!
What I really liked about this game are the builds and the number of interactables scattered in the map. It makes the map a lot more interesting.

Though your building and scripting looks good, your user interfaces need work.
The first three text/buttons in the starting screen are acceptable, but your change team and store menus are simply just transparent frames with text buttons inside of them. Plus, the transparency of them is so high that it overlaps with the background making it hard to see.
If you decide to dedicate alot of time and effort to this project I recommend either hiring somebody else for your interfaces or generally improving so that you aren’t wasting your time; interfaces are a primary aspect to almost any game of this genre as they capture user attention and improve their user experience.
I would also recommend disabling IgnoreGuiInset property of your starting screen’s ScreenGui since it is being obstructed by the inset -

I love SCP-type games, they’re interesting and have loads of stuff to do.
