1. Terms of Service
Before utilizing any Craft Productions services, please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed our full Terms of Service.
A. Definitions
- Service: Refers to all products and services provided by Craft Productions.
- Company: Craft Productions, referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this agreement.
- Website: Refers to Craft Productions’ Clearly Dev store and all associated content, services, and products. This also includes Craft Productions’ subdomains.
B. General Use of the Service - Permissions and Restrictions
- You agree not to distribute or resell any part of the Service in any medium without Craft Productions’ prior written authorization.
- You agree not to alter or modify any part of the Service for the purpose of resale.
C. Refunds Policy
- Due to Roblox’s terms of use, we are unable to issue refunds of any kind. All purchases are final, and no exceptions will be made.
D. Giveaway Policy
- If you win a mutual giveaway but joined the server on the day it ended, you are not eligible to claim the reward.
- If you win a mutual giveaway, we are not responsible if the other server does not provide your reward(s); please inform us if this happens.
- You have 10 days to claim your prize.
E. Partnership Policy
- You must meet all requirements to partner with us (this does not apply if we reach out to you directly).
- You must not ‘unpartner’ with us without notifying us and providing a valid reason.
- Each user is prompted to enable the partnership channel upon joining the server—those who do not select this option will not have access to it.
F. User Conduct
- You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, abuse, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Any attempts to exploit, cheat, or gain unfair advantage within the Service will result in immediate action, including account termination.
G. Account Security
- The Company is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account information.
- We do not offer compensation (such as product given or refunds) if your account is compromised or terminated.
H. Termination
- The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice, at its sole discretion for any violations of this Agreement or harmful conduct.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions in this Agreement that should survive termination will remain in effect.
I. Entire Agreement
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements.

- Leaking our products is strictly prohibited.

- Our product logs each usage for support purposes. We require a module script to verify ownership and prevent the copy from being leaked or stolen.
- Using a product signifies your agreement to all Craft Productions’ Terms of Service (TOS).
- You must own the product before using it in your game.
C. Tampering Policy
- If you attempt to tamper with our script or whitelist, you will be immediately blacklisted from all our services and affiliates, and a report will be filed against you.
2.2. Free Products
