Crazy tool offset when equipping a tool

I have some basic animations for a small fangame project I am working on, currently working on guns but I’ve ran into the issue of really ODD offsetting when equipping the tool compared to viewing in the animator.

I am genuinely a little lost cuz I am not sure what is causing this issue.

fixed it, u gotta animate it when its a tool, not as a model. lol?
