Hello, I would like to create a custom loading bar, I would like it to be rounded at the edges, I would like the background to be white and that when it starts to load it do so in orange.

Hello. This is only for scripting purposes. You should split your topic into 2. One for Design Support and another (the loading part) to here.
Also please, do not flood this category with posts like this. You must include some of your approaches. Do not just ask for a code and wait for someone to give it to you.
But… so I help a bit.
For rounded corners, I suggest using Roundify Plugin.
Then you can put the logic into the code and set the Overlay’s size. Basically same when doing healthbar.
