Create models to optimize latency?

Hello, I am quite new here. I noticed that in roblox studio when I transform buildings or creations in model, then the roblox studio lags much less and I can move my models very smoothly, while when the parts are separated it can sometimes lag. So I wonder if it has an impact in game to transform into model or if the optimization and the decrease of lagg is only on the studio? Thank you

Personally, I’ve only noticed that models make less lag when selecting all the parts, but not dragging them. If you have a lot of parts in one space that you want to select quickly, turn it into a model.

Yes thanks, but I’m talking about the latency in the game. If the game is better optimized with the use of model or if it has no latency optimization advantage?

As far as ive researched and experienced, the way you structure the models and parts has no effect on latency, only helps your workflow.
