Creating a dynamic fluid system using terrain?

in the left, the red block moves down, as it moves down, terrain disappears, to the right, terrain reappears over the red block. would it be possible to make terrain behave this way?

the goal is to make dynamic water mechanics. I want water whether its terrain or a part to only be shown around something hollow like real water.

This sounds more like a scripting issue

I didnt know if this was scripting or building as it involves terrain

It involves a process that’d have to be scripted

should I re-ask the question in the scripting catagory?

Yeah, unless you can either move this to the appropriate category (or request to get it moved)

I will go ahead and move it to the right catagory, and if a mod or admin comes here they can go ahead and remove this one.

When you move it the post doesn’t’ duplicate. Also you would probably want to look into Voxel Programming.
