Creator Hub DevEx Showing Zero Robux, Payouts not showing other users

I simply opened the creator hub to check DevEx Nothing Else.
I’m using Cloudflare warp but that doesnt seem to be the case
because my friend whom holds a share and doesn’t use Cloudflare warp and has the same problem

OS: Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC
Browser: Mozilla Fire Fox

Expected behavior

when the page loads in it shows the proper amount then it becomes zero right after and Payouts tab not displaying other members who hold a split of the revenue

The issue is still ongoing for me, as you described it
It could be due to Thanksgiving and the start of the new calendar month

There’s literally information at the top of the page saying they’re working to fix it, so I don’t know why you felt the need to report this separately. The staff are already aware and I’m pretty sure it doesn’t affect your DevEx, it’s just an estimate.

This has to be recent, it never appeared until now.

I just submitted a DevEx request, looks like the Cash Out button still properly lights back up on the 1st, even though it says 0 eligible.

If you want to be super exact when you can cash out, just search up “UTC Time”, once that goes over midnight to the 1st, you can DevEx.

I was able to devex even if it says 0 eligible so its 100% a display bug

Thanks for reporting. This issue has been resolved after Dec 2. The issue was on estimated earned Robux balance but it will not affect your actual DevEx payments. Thanks for your patience.
