Creator Hub nav should not instantly auto-expand dropdowns

I’m constantly overshooting when I go to click on the forum header to return to the thread sort, expanding the Explore/Learn dropdowns in the Creator Hub nav, and getting sucked away to the wrong page. Navigating back takes an annoying amount of time because the forum is a hefty web app and takes a few seconds to load.

The user account dropdown on the right side of the nav was changed to require an explicit click, this should be consistent through the entire Creator Hub nav because the current behavior is constantly causing accidents.

Alternatively, it should take longer than 0 seconds to show the dropdown. Try 0.3 seconds or something.

God this is bloody annoying, and there’s a fade out animation too so when I move my mouse away, I have to wait a beat for the menu to actually close, or it will come back when I try to go click what was underneath it.

This is very bad UX, please make the trivial change.
