My creators rewards is showing negative balances. This is at least the third time it has happened over the previous month. Its getting difficult to calculate my revenue when numbers are unbelievable or don’t make sense. Previously, it was small negative amounts like -1,000 robux. This is the first of REALLY big negatives and I’m confused. This should not be intentional.
This is what I am seeing. I am CHARGED -17,000 for New Audience Expansion
Out of curiosity, is it only a visual thing in the statistics saying it’s in the negatives, or are you seeing actual impact from it (ie robux being taken out/disappearing)

Note: Audience expansion earnings may be negative on some days due to earlier user transactions getting reversed. Even so, your total earnings for those users (over 60 days) will net to zero or higher.
We’ve reviewed your situation, and the systems are working as intended. There was a ‘negative’ day for Audience Expansion on 8/20 due to reversals of user transactions from prior days that posted on 8/20. Note that your total Audience Expansion earnings over time, is still positive
As you also noted, these are also estimates (dotted lines). You have not been “charged” for any negative amount!
When the settled payouts occur in 60 days time, you will get the corrected payouts for each day (netting out any subsequently reversed transactions), so your actual payouts in the lead up to the 8/20 payout will be smaller (but still positive), and total actual payouts for the time period 7/24-8/20 should still be positive.
