Creator Store links generate exact-casing URLs that trigger "User Does Not Exist"

When navigating to a Creator Store search URL with a creator name query, the page displays a “User Does Not Exist” error if the casing of the username in the URL parameter is not lowercase, even if the casing inputted matches the accounts actual casing (e.g. “TheRealNazuh” should work but only “therealnazuh” works). The platform’s link generation does not handle or enforce exact casing, causing broken links for users.

The target account (TheRealNazuh) is valid, active, and has public assets listed on the store.

When using exact-case:

When using lower-case:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the Creator Store with normal URL parameter: https://create.roblox.com/store/models?creatorName=TheRealNazuh
  2. Observe the “User Does Not Exist” error.
  3. Navigate to the Creator Store with lowercase URL parameter: https://create.roblox.com/store/models?creatorName=therealnazuh
  4. Observe that the user’s products load correctly.

Environment & Testing:
Confirmed on Chromium (Chrome) and Gecko (Zen/Firefox).
Confirmed occurs both while logged in and while logged out.

Impact:

On asset pages (e.g. https://create.roblox.com/store/asset/83275900479764), clicking the “More from [User]” link automatically generates a URL using the account’s exact casing, immediately triggering this error and creating broken navigation for users.

Expected behavior

Filter by creator name should be case insensitive.

Page URL: https://create.roblox.com/store/models?creatorName=TheRealNazuh
