I am a Roblox Creator Store seller and I am currently unable to update the Stripe account connected to my seller account.
The issue is that my Creator Store seller account is still connected to an old Stripe account that I no longer have access to.
When I initially connected Stripe, I entered incorrect personal information during the setup process. I later completed the identity verification steps, but the verification failed. After finding out that I could not use that Stripe account because I am under 18, I deleted the Stripe account and expected it to disconnect from my Creator Store seller account.
However, Roblox still appears to have the deleted Stripe account connected, and I am unable to connect the correct Stripe account.
I have contacted Roblox Support multiple times, but the responses seem to misunderstand the issue. This is not a request to change a billing email or update payment information I need the old Stripe seller account connection removed from my Creator Store seller account so I can connect a valid Stripe account owned by my parent.
Could someone from the Creator Store or payments team help remove the existing Stripe connection?

Since Im under 18, Im unable to complete the Personal Details section myself. Ill need to restart the verification so that my parent can put their information and complete the verification. but i cant change personal details where i put my name
