What were doing
Were working on and game called “Criminality”. Were in need of some developers to help us start development on it for are Studio called Rampage Studios. Criminality is and Town & City type game with large map for players become and Police Officer, Criminal, etc. They can rob banks, gas stations, stores, etc.
Developers
We are in need of the following type of developers for Rampage Studios for development to take off.
Modeler(x1) - first thing to do Mesh Builder(x1) - first thing to do Builder(x3-4) - first thing to do Programmer(x2) - second thing to do GFX Artist(x1) - last to do UI Designer(x1) - first thing to do
Depending on your type of job example builder could be paid more then and ui designer depending on thing they have done. Were planning to try pay you tru funds made from the game. Reason not upfront payment Cause there are scammers, Another reason is shows how much good work you have done to get the game done. The GFX Artists paided upfront.

Also, I have some questions regarding to the project.
Edit: Nevermind, I just sent you a request on Discord!
You say no upfront payment because of the possibility you could get scammed so you’re paying with funds that the game generates.
I don’t really understand this stance as you could easily just pay after the developer completes their work but before the game releases so that pay is guaranteed.
This increases the possibility of the developer being scammed unless they receive their payment first.
UI Designer should be your second thing to do, and the Programmer should be last.
You should also only need one extra builder and one person capable with Blender to create dummy assets and other models.
You should definitely consider paying developers a set price for all of their work in case if your game manages to fail and not make a profit, leaving developers unpaid.
I’m not forcing you to do it, I’m just suggesting what most people would like to expect.
