Our Roblox game, Paint an Album , used to have 10–20K CCU. It was unfairly moderated by Roblox; we contacted them, and they reviewed the case and reopened the game (this happened three times).
However, as soon as the game returned, the rating system broke. We have been stuck with a 16+ rating for two weeks, even though the questionnaire and system indicate the game is “All Ages” (status: “Pending Final Review”). We have contacted Roblox repeatedly but only receive useless automated responses. Our CCU has dropped from 10–20K to 1–4K, and the losses are immense. Please help us; the AI support system only sends us useless messages and never forwards the issue to a real moderator.
