Critical Discovery Issue affecting my Experience

I am reporting a critical discovery issue affecting my experience.

In the span of 30 minutes, the experience was abruptly de-indexed from all search results and “Home” recommendations. This resulted in a drop from 800 to less than 100 concurrent players, despite the game having 90th-percentile analytics and consistent performance for several months.
There are no active moderation notices or “Needs Repair” warnings in the Creator Dashboard. Because there was no notification of a violation, I believe this is an automated error in the search index or a false flag in the discovery algorithm.
I would like to request a manual review of the experience to restore its visibility.

Thanks for reaching out. After investigating your experience’s status, I have found that it is functioning as intended within the discovery system. I can confirm there is no indexing issues and it currently holds the #2 rank for its relevant search query.

I’ll keep an eye on the discovery systems for any platform-wide irregularities just in case.

Thank you for the clarification.

To correct my previous statement: the experience was not fully removed from discovery, but it suffered a sudden and severe drop in distribution, specifically due to Home impressions dropping to zero.

Within ~3 hours, concurrent users dropped from ~765 to ~60 players and have remained at that level since. This was not a gradual decline. It was an abrupt change in traffic behavior.

The experience continues to show strong performance metrics:

High playtime (~76th percentile)
Very high qualified play-through rate (~96th percentile)
Strong Day 7 retention (~100th percentile)

These metrics remained stable before and after the drop, indicating that player quality and engagement did not degrade.

The key issue is that Home impressions fell to 0, which directly explains the loss of traffic. This is inconsistent with the performance metrics, as high-performing experiences are typically sustained or expanded in Home distribution, not completely removed.

Additionally, despite the reported #2 search ranking, search alone does not account for the previous traffic levels, and current player inflow is not consistent with that ranking.

This indicates a distribution failure in the Home/Recommended system rather than a ranking issue.

I would like to request a deeper investigation into:

  • Why Home impressions dropped to 0 abruptly
  • Any systems or flags that could fully remove an experience from Home distribution without a moderation notice
  • Whether this behavior could be caused by an error in the recommendation pipeline

The current behavior represents a direct mismatch between strong performance metrics and complete loss of Home distribution.

Hi, this is also happening to a number of other users in another thread I created a few days ago: Game's home impressions have dropped to 0 with no reason given
