I received the below email from Roblox, which has critical information about my experience’s maturity rating.
The email contains a link to “review the feedback” from Roblox moderators so I can understand why my content rating needs to be changed.
This link DOES NOT WORK. It simply leads to the experience questionnaire.
Furthermore, the email has ominous sounding wording that if I do not fix the issues the moderators flagged, my experience will be banned.
It is NOT FAIR to make me guess where my responses to the questionnaire were considered wrong. I have NO IDEA what needs to be changed to bring the experience into compliance!
The link to view this EXTREMELY IMPORTANT feedback, is broken, and just leads to the questionnaire. Roblox is not empowering me to actually fix the issue, but rather hindering me from getting into compliance, and actually hurting my experience by making me guess what’s wrong which could lead to my game being banned if I guess wrong.
** EXTREMELY CRITICAL! The deadline given is August 2, that is in 3 days from now! Need immediate help on this issue now please! **
Email from Roblox:
Dear creator,
After reviewing your experience Slither Simulator
, we rejected the content maturity label because the content wasn’t reported accurately.
To make this experience playable to the audience you want to reach:
- Please review the feedback from our moderators.
- Retake the Maturity & Compliance Questionnaire by Sunday, 02 August 2026 21:08UTC.
- Make sure that your answers reflect your latest content accurately.
If you haven’t taken the questionnaire by the time listed above, we’ll remove the current label and your experience will no longer be playable.
Please note: We’ve seen some creators send inaccurate information again when they retake the questionnaire. When we notice this, we’ll take more serious action against both the experience and the creator’s account. View more details.
For help, view our Content Maturity & Compliance guide.
Making experiences playable by the right audiences is a great way to support the Roblox community. We appreciate your help!
The Roblox team
I have copied the faulty link for “view the feedback” exactly as it appears in my email. As you can see, it does not resolve to any feedback, just goes to the questionnaire.
Expected behavior
The email from Roblox should have all links actually resolve to the intended content.
The feedback from Roblox moderators should be clearly visible. Why isn’t it actually included in the Email content, inline? That would make it much easier! If it needs to be linked, then make the link actually work!
