Thank you for taking the time to review this issue.
We understand it may not be easily reproducible, so we wanted to kindly share additional context from our side.
We’ve tested this across multiple environments (different machines, browsers, and accounts), and the behavior is consistent.
This issue is currently blocking updates to a live game with active players following a launch event, and also affects other experiences under the same group. We are unable to deploy fixes or improvements.
The primary game affected is:
Following the release of our game on July 16, we began experiencing critical issues with the Roblox Creator Dashboard.
While this initially appeared to affect only this specific game, further testing shows that:
- Publishing updates to this game fails
- Publishing updates to other (including private) games within the same group also fails
The issues we are experiencing are as follows:
-
We transferred ownership of the game to a new account, but after a few days the owner role never changed in the Members section of the dashboard. Still we we able to pay the 100,000 Robux on that account to pay for the expedited review before publishing.
-
Then we released the game on a livestream event for our client, so we had a big influx of players as the game released, this is the livestream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsaecRbDu5M
-
Shortly after release we started having issues, the owner account stopped having access to the group
-
We cannot access to the Members section of the group in the creator dashboard, it just keeps loading forever, we tried accessing it from different browsers computer and group member accounts and no one can load that section.
-
We cannot access the Audience Reach page to see how the review process is going, a couple of days after paying the expedited review the game is available for all ages, but we cannot access that section anymore.
-
When trying to publish a new version of the game we get this error en Roblox Studio:

-
Multiple members of our team have been trying for days and it’s always the same error, we tried publishing the same place to a private game outside the group and it works correctly so the place is not the issue, we are also able to publish new games on the group, it’s just this game that always throws this error.
Technical Isolation:
Publishing to private games in the same group → fails
Publishing to this public game → fails
Expected behavior
- Authorized group members should be able to publish updates
- Creator Dashboard sections should load correctly
- Ownership should reflect the correct account
Please let us know if there’s any additional information we can provide to help with the investigation. We’re happy to assist however we can.
Thank you again for your support.
