We’ve recently published a game, (Where Seasons Pass | Play on Roblox) and we’ve been getting a pretty big amount of bug reports of global chat not working.
You can join any live server and type in global chat, but your messages won’t actually send.
It was really active before any of this, and is significantly impacting our player engagement.
Hi, thanks for the bug report. Global Chat has been popular on the platform, so we are currently seeing some stress on our backend systems.
We have a patch rolling out today and functionality should soon be restored.
