I can confirm I’ve been suffering from this bug.
Around the first wave of crowns being introduced, I haven’t received my Sparkletime Crown of O’s, even though I met the requirements.
Later in 2024 I contributed to a game with over 100k MAU, 6 Million visits amassed in 1-2 months. I still haven’t received my crown
Year has passed and I’m still awaiting my roblox developer coronation.
Our team is eligible for multiple crowns (game is owned by a group) and I have emailed devawards@roblox.com (across multiple months) four times with no response - support directed me to that email after 2 weeks of waiting.
That email hasn’t been monitored in years. This program is dead and likely won’t be returning
sustained 1M MAU across 3 months+ and still no ego crown, roblox pls fix

I guess they’ve discontinued those crowns. I haven’t received anything, and I have been eligible for Bombastic and Adurite for ages.
