Hey, the Crowns of O’s started getting handed out again today and I only got the Gold one (100+ MAU). our game has been getting around 1M MAU, so I should have gotten at least the [Adurite / Sparkletime] crown too. My friend @callvwastaken, who’s also on the team, got the Adurite and Sparkletime crowns, so the crowns are going out, just not to everyone who should be getting them. Expected: crowns that match the game’s MAU Actual: only the Gold crown Not sure if group devs are handled differently now or if something went wrong with the rollout. Happy to give more info if needed.
Are you the group holder/owner of the game? Those are the only people that receive the crowns, not everyone with edit access.
Also, if you ever make another bug report for any other reason, for god’s sake, please include more information, your report doesn’t even include a link to the game you’re alleging makes you eligible for receiving the crowns. If there was/is an actual issue here, it’d take engineers way longer to diagnose the issue since they’d have to wait for more information from you on which game you think makes you eligible for the crowns.
I didn’t get my adurite one either despite owning the group/game that achieved said mau.

Something happened to me where my main account wasn’t awarded a crown, but my alt account was even though my alt account isn’t the group owner I am. (Group in question: RANd00m things - Roblox)
The issue you’re describing seems to be legitimate and is completely different from what the original post is talking about. Both you and your alt account were ranked as owner and only 1 account got the crowns, Alfie just had edit permissions. Roblox has clarified in the past that they’d be discontinuing giving place contributors the crowns. I’d suggest editing the reply you’ve already left on the correct bug report to clarify that your issue most likely happened because you and your alt were both ranked owner, as well as including direct links and screenshots to your group so Roblox Engineers can identify your issue easier.
