Here at Cruise Ship Simulator, we want our players to enjoy there time playing the game, and to have around the clock support for when things go wrong. This is where the Player Engagement Representative’s come in to play.

What do you do as a PER?
Your job as Player Engagement Rep is to ensure that all players are getting the support they need inside of Cruise Ship Simulator and making sure that any issues that happen in-game are dealt with in the best way possible. You will use a Trello board with a ticket system that you will have to use to help players who report problems inside the game.
These reports can range from exploiter reports, arguments between players, and bug reports. You will have to decide how you manage these reports and you will have access to a Player Engagement Trello Board.

What are the PER requirements?

  • 15 years of age or above
  • Experience in moderation
  • Patience and ability to deal with situations calmly
  • A Discord account and to be in the CSS Discord Server
  • A Trello account and to be able to be in a Trello Team.
  • Experience in supporting players and dealing with situations.
  • Know how to use ticket systems
