Crustiq is a pizza oriented parlor in Roblox platform where you can taste the craft in every crust! We strive to create a unique experience and bonding towards others who are passionate about crafting the best pizza ever! Here is a place that we can interact with others outside of Roblox. We hope you have fun and enjoy the experience in Crustiq community!

Regulation & Protocol

Regulations are mandatory for all of us to follow in order to building a strong bonding, safety and fun environment in Crustiq!

For Customers:

  1. Acknowledged to Terms of Service
  1. Be respectful, friendly and appropriate.

  2. Common sense, you should know what you are doing. Think before you act, you should pay the price for violating.

  3. You won’t be able to regain your prior rank if you rejoin the group after leaving. Furthermore, there will not be ranking transfers and restores. You have to work up again to rank up refers to promotion guide below.

  4. Understanding there will not be any refunds for the developer products and game passes purchased.

For Staffs:

  1. Although it is advised for Kitchen Leaders hoping to advance to Management Intern, grammar is not necessary for staffs. However, your communication should still be clear.

  2. You must be professional, mature, polite and respectful to all our beloved customers during at the Crustiq’s games. Leading by example is crucial for other employees. Working along with other employees and paying attention to Management and Executives Ranks are two examples of this. This keeps everything functioning properly.

  3. Trying to be as positive as possible when serving and working at Crustiq’s games so customers can comeback and visit.

  4. No hinting(asking for promoting) and point cheating. As there’s no free meals, you must pay for the results in some way. If you failed to do so, consequences will be given.

  5. Do not create drama, if you need some help, like deal with customers and any situations, seek any Management Rank+.


Protocol

  • Trolling

    • Someone who intentionally disturbs other people.
    • Consequences | Verbal Warning ➜ Warning ➜ Call Management Intern+ to kick ➜ if rejoined call General Manager+ to Server Ban.
  • Harassing/ Cyber-bullying/ Disrespectful

    • A person who is offensive, insulting or troubling others persistently in parlor.
    • Consequences | Verbal Warning ➜ Warning ➜ Call Management Intern+ to kick ➜ if rejoined call General Manager+ to Server Ban.
  • Minor/ Major Spamming

    • Minor spammer is someone who sends the same content 3 to 4 times; Major spammer is someone who sends the same contents in paragraphs more than 5 times.
    • Minor Spammer Consequences | Verbal Warning ➜ Warning ➜ Call General Manager+ to Server Ban.
    • Major Spammer Consequences | Call Executive Rank+ to Permanently Banned instantly.
  • Inappropriate Usernames & Clothing

    • Words that surpass the Roblox username/chat filter are deemed unsuitable. It is strictly forbidden for anyone to have a slur in their username or to wear clothing that contains inappropriate or offensive content.
    • Consequences | Verbal Warning ➜ Warning ➜ Call Executive Rank+ to Permanently Banned instantly.
  • Racism, Prejudice, and Homophobia

    • Any behaviour or language pertaining to racism, prejudice, or homophobia, including dressing sensitively in Crustiq’s games.
    • Consequences | Verbal Warning ➜ Warning ➜ Call Executive Rank+ to Permanently Banned instantly.
  • Exploiting/ Hacking

    • Someone who installs external software to get an advantage in games or to irritate other people. This ability includes teleportation, flying, body stretching, and entering staff areas through walls.
    • Consequences | Call Executive Rank+ to Permanently Banned instantly.
  • Glitching

    • A person who is using the game bugs or glitches to gain advantage or annoy others in game. This can manifest in various ways, such as glitching through walls by dancing or breaking furniture, rendering them inoperable.
    • Consequences – Verbal Warning ➜ Warning ➜ Call General Manager+ for Server Ban.
  • Bypass

    • Circumventing the chat filters by employing offensive language in Crustiq’s games.
    • Consequences – Call Executive Rank+ to Permanently Banned instantly.
  • Advertising/ Leaking

    • Someone who advertises other groups or companies while simultaneously leaking their privacy information in games.
    • Consequences – Call Executive Rank+ to Permanently Banned instantly.
  • Fellow Staffs Violating Rules

    • If you see any staffs not following the rules listed above in any Crustiq’s games including parlor and training centre, please follow the instructions below to handling them.
    • Low Ranks | Remind them to stop → Call a Management Intern+ to assist
    • Management Rank - Executive Rank | Seek Staffing Members to handle with evidence.
    • Presidential Rank | Seek Ownerships with evidence for handling.
Rank Information
Customers
Customer A group member of Crustiq.
Noted Customer Individual who is former Presidential Team or contributor in Crustiq. This role must be selected by Ownerships.
Alliance Representatives This role is an individual who is representatives of Crustiq’s alliance.
Low-Ranks (LRs)
Trainee This rank is not permitted to work in the kitchen or behind the registration desk. However, they are allowed to mop floors and clean tables, and they may also qualify for training at the Crustiq Training Centre to rank up.
Cashier This is the first official Low Rank members. Individuals who have recently passed their training or purchased a gamepass to instantly gain ranked. These individuals are qualified to operate behind the register as cashiers in the parlor.
Junior Pizza Artist This rank is given to you when you have earned enough points and completed training as a Cashier or by purchasing a gamepass to instantly rank up. You can only work behind the kitchen and take orders in the parlour.
Experienced Pizza Artist This rank is attained by reaching specific points. You will gain enhanced experience and become eligible to work in the register or behind the kitchen. To advance through the ranks, you must demonstrate consistent activity and dedication to our restaurant.
Senior Pizza Artist To become a Senior Pizza Artist, you need to earn a certain number of points. This shows that you’re an active part of our restaurant and have a good understanding of the Crustiq Community. You have shown that you have deepen understanding at your job and are always ready to learn. To keep moving up the ranks, you need to keep working hard, showing dedication to our restaurant and also getting ready to take on the role of Management Intern.
Management-Ranks (MRs) [Total 200 ]
Management Intern [Total 150 ] This position is reserved for individuals who have been recommended or passed the application process. These candidates must have completed the trials and been promoted to this role. As Management Interns, their primary responsibilities include moderating the parlour and assisting during training sessions. All MR+ are responsible for fulfilling the weekly requirements of activities, attendance in sessions and more.
Assistant Manager [Total 25] This rank is responsible for conducting training sessions and supervising the parlour. Individuals possess enhanced knowledge, skills, and abilities in the Crustiq to assist others in the parlour. All MR+ are responsible for fulfilling the weekly requirements of activities, attendance in sessions and more.
Manager [Total 15] This rank is eligible to Co-Host in sessions and supervising the parlor effectively. Individuals possess enhanced knowledge, skills, and abilities in the Crustiq to assist others in the parlour. All MR+ are responsible for fulfilling the weekly requirements of activities, attendance in sessions and more.
General Manager [Total 10] This rank is eligible to Host in sessions and supervising the parlor effectively. Individuals possess enhanced knowledge, skills, and abilities in the Crustiq to assist others in the parlour. Also, are able to apply for being a department members and prepare for being ERs. All MR+ are responsible for fulfilling the weekly requirements of activities, attendance in sessions and more.
Executives-Ranks (ERs) [Total 25]
Executive Intern [Total 13] Individual who is promoted must have completed the trials to become official ERs. Executive Interns provide support to executives in executing their daily tasks and gaining insights into the complexities of Executives Ranks. Additionally, they assume some fundamental management responsibilities. All MR+ are responsible for fulfilling the weekly requirements of activities, attendance in sessions and more.
Executive Officer [Total 7] This is 2nd highest ER position. Individuals are eligible to apply to join a sub-department besides the one they are currently in. This rank has demonstrated in executing their duties and the complexity of ERs. All MR+ are responsible for fulfilling the weekly requirements of activities, attendance in sessions and more.
Board of Directors [Total 5] This is the highest ER position. Individuals who are greatly dedicated and contributed to Crustiq, are potentially be selected as Co-Lead/ Lead of the department they currently in. They assist with the department operations. All MR+ are responsible for fulfilling the weekly requirements of activities, attendance in sessions and more.
Presidential-Ranks (PRs) [Total 6]
Presidential Intern [Total 3] Individual who is promoted must have completed the trials to become official PRs. Presidential Intern provides support to PRs in executing their daily tasks and gaining insights into the complexities of presidential ranks.
Vice President [Total 2] This is the 2nd highest PR positions and an official PR position. Individuals hold deep responsibility in overseeing departments and making decisions on their duties.
President [Total 1] This is the highest position that can reached and the highest PR position. They make major contributions, decisions and responsibilities in operating and overseeing departments and whole staffs.
Developers
Development Team Individuals who have participated in any aspect of Burrioz’s development. This role only selected by the Owner and Co Owner.
Ownerships [Total 2]
Co Owner [Total 1] The Community Co Owner is responsible for all the operation and department of Crustiq. This rank is unachievable.

Pizza Artist Information
As a Pizza Artist, your primary responsibility is to work primarily in the kitchen. However, if you are interested in working at registration, greeting customers is mandatory. Here are some examples:

  • Serving & Greetings Guide
  1. When a customer walks into your register, you have to greet and welcome them.

    • ‘ Hello! Welcome to Crustiq! I’m your cashier, [Name]! How can I help you today? Please reminded that the order limit is 3.’
  2. Upon their response, follow the registration guide and select the items. If possible, confirm the orders as well. After that, ask them whether they would pick-up or delivery.

    • ‘There will be [order(s)], correct? Do you want dine-in or delivery service?
  3. Once they replied, select their flavour and submit the order. Then, farewell the customer.

    • ‘Here you go! Your order has been submitted! Please find a seat and wait patiently for the order at pick-up station. Have a nice day!’

Senior Pizza Artist Information
As a Senior Pizza Artist, even though you are not required to work behind kitchen nor registration, if you would like to behind noticed by MR+, you could work at these areas. Here are the information.

  • For serving and greeting guide, please refer to PIzza Artist Gamepass instruction from above.
  • If you are working behind the kitchen, here are the steps for you to follow.
      1. Join the chef queue and ones it’s your turn, follow the Recipe Guide to make the order.
      1. Once you have finished making the order, there will be a pick-up or deilvery method for you to hand the order to the direct customer.
      • Pick-up | ‘Hello, your order #[order no.] is ready for pickup! Thank you for waiting. Here’s your order. Enjoy it and have a great day!’
      • Delivery | ‘Hello! Thank you for waiting. Here is your order! Enjoy it and have a great day!’

Additional Information
It is unavoidable that you will face any offenders in the parlor during working. You may refer to the Regulation & Protocol from above to handle them. If you in the end unable to deal with, seek any MR+ in your server to help you out.


How to be MR here?

Here are the ways to become a Management Intern :point_down:t4:

1. Application

  • Applications for our Management Intern will be announced on our community server every four months. Senior Pizza Artists interested in joining our MR are eligible to apply. Successful applicants will undergo a trial as a Management Intern and, if they pass, will be officially recognised as a Management Intern in our community.

2. Recommendations

  • Any Senior Pizza Artists who is hard-working and be noticed by our Staffing Department, will be undergo a trial as Management Intern. If passed the trial, will be officially become a member in our MR as Management Assistant.

Anyone who is promoted to Management Intern will be announced in our community server #Staff-announcement channel.

Promotion Requirements

  • Must be Senior Pizza Artist and a member of our community server.
  • Shown dedication, mature, professional, well-behaved & respectful.
  • Acknowledgement of using grammar and conventions.
  • Have 2FA.
  • Aged 13+.
  • Having good previous histories & background.
Training Information

Training sessions are held at the training center every day, Monday to Sunday; the timetable below is based on EST. To discover the exact time a session is hosted, please interpret the EST planned for your timezone.

Everyday | 1 AM, 4 AM, 7 AM, 10 AM, 1 PM, 4 PM, 7 PM, 10 PM [EST]

Please be aware that training sessions may be cancelled. In such instances, we will immediately tell you via community server.

Key Notes :

  • Please remain seated and silent after joining and waiting for it to begin.
  • Be punctual. The timings mentioned above are when the training centre gets locked, so attend 15 minutes before it starts.
  • Follow the instructions during training.
Alliance Information

Crustiq is always open to forming an alliance with us! However, please ensure that you meet the following guidelines and expectations. Failure to meet any of these criteria will automatically lead to the rejection of your application.

Requirements

  • Group must have at least 150 Roblox Group Members 100 non-botted Discord members.
  • Daily engagement with the group and community server activities is mandatory.
  • No prior history of scamming, offering free rankings, exhibiting poor behaviour from high-ranking officials, or selling ranks with admin abilities (MR+ or higher).
  • Applying group cannot be a copy and should be mostly original.
  • Willing to collaborate with our Public Relations Department to organise events when required.
  • Must provide 2-3 representatives.

Appeals Information

Are you facing any punishment that you believe is unjust or wrongful? If so, you have the right to appeal it. There are several types of appeals available, including:

Ban Appeal Form:

  • Application Centre Ban
  • Staff Meeting Centre Ban

Ranking Appeal Form:

  • Wrongly Demoted/ Terminated/ Suspended

    • You must be Management Rank+ to appeal. If you are eligible, you may create ticket through our community server to seek Staffng Department to appeal.

Important Notes:

  • You are only permitted to appeal a punishment one week after it is imposed, but not more than a month later.
  • Applicants are advised to refrain from requesting immediate results through direct messaging or contacting our staff.
  • The inquiry results will be released in about 72 hours after submission.
  • It’s crucial to provide detailed information for a mutually beneficial exchange.
  • Any application that engages in deception or trolling will result in an irreversible ban.
  • Maintaining your username is essential for effective communication.
