Employee Code of Conduct
As an employee at Crystalize, you are expected to have certain behaviours and content from our main working body - Conduct, Consequences, Grammar, Productivity, and Respect. The following information below contains and outlines Crystalize expectations and regulations for its employees. Failure to cooperate, respect, or regard the regulations are grounds for immediate disciplinary action from management.
Conduct
Employees are required to conduct themselves well around any and all peers and superiors. This means exhibiting politeness when speaking to others, following orders/directions from your supervisor, and keeping your topics of conversation appropriate and considerate to others involved.
Good words to use when being polite are, “Ma’am”, “Sir”, “Please”, “Thank you”, for those of you who don’t know this already. Following directions means completing tasks assigned to you, whether that be to restock, create an order, and to do so efficiently and effectively. In addition, appropriate topics are anything that are work-related, those of which coordinates with Roblox’s own regulations and is not in a negative or argumentative manner. And finally, NSFW material also goes hand in hand with respect. Any use of material ‘Not Safe for Work’ (including the use of expletives, or anything else inappropriate) will result in consequences.
Consequences
As a worker, if you spot a troller, you may issue consequences. Please ensure that you show utmost respect to the troller, heedless of the negative scale of their actions. You only issue one reminder to trollers before contacting an MR+. Please be aware that when you remind them, you must provide the rationale behind the reminder, whether that be spamming, trolling, etc. Otherwise, the warning cannot be considered. Bear in mind also that you too can receive consequences for not abiding by the Employee Code of Conduct, which can result in consequences for your rank.
Grammar
The sufficient and knowledgeable use of spelling, punctuation, and grammar is pivotal in this role. This comprises correct spelling (the occasional error is permitted so long as you correct it), efficient use of punctuation, and grammatically correct sentences. Utilising grammar manifests you to be mature and professional, the qualities that we look for. If you are spotted not to be using correct grammar, and we can see that it is explicit, you will be warned. If you persist to void this code, you will be demoted.
Productivity
As an employee, your role is to perform tasks in order to ensure customer satisfaction. This requires you to complete all work in a qualitative and timely manner - tasks such as an order will be directly assigned to you by your customer, others demand your initiative, including to restock, etc. Failure to comprehend and adhere to such basic regulations will result consequences concerning your role without a doubt.
Respect
Respect and friendliness are a crucial aspect of being a worker as you have to act amicably with customers, to ensure their enjoyment of the Crystalize environment. Professionalism additionally is a significant component of being an employee, as it enables you to show off your ability to work effectively and skilfully while at the cafe. Your occupation is to ensure that customers are satisfied with their service and atmosphere, ensuring their safety within it, too. Therefore, if you are discovered to be infringing this code, by being disrespectful, or not doing anything listed above, you will be warned, and subsequently demoted if you persist.
EMPLOYEE CODE INFRACTIONS:
If the employee code of conduct is not followed, the Staffing Department will take various measures to ensure that it is being followed properly. Those who violate the code of conduct are at risk of receiving one of these punishments:
- Demotion
- Warning
- Blacklist
- Termination

If you encounter a staff member violating our rules or our code of conduct, then you should obtain evidence and report them to our Staffing Department.
