This interview guide contains the rules you’ll need to know and the questions you will be asking your interviewees as well as the interview procedure and tips so that you can successfully host the session and interview attending interviewees.

INTERVIEW SESSION CHECKLIST
The interview session checklist shows all the ranks that are needed for the session to properly run. The ranks that are bolded are necessary to the session, the ranks that aren’t bolded aren’t required for the session. Therefore, if you have a rank that is MISSING, and is not bolded, you do not need to call any admins. However, if one is missing, and is bolded, you will need to call an admin to fill the position(s) up.

Group Shouts
Before you begin your interview session, you will be using the group shout system that Roblox offers to shout your session. You will use the group shout format that is listed below to shout your session.
BEFORE THE SESSION SHOUT - You will copy and paste this format below into the shout, filling out the areas accordingly. You will shout this message 15 minutes prior to the session beginning.

INTERVIEW RULES
[A] Copy and pasting is prohibited and is not allowed. Caught doing so will result in an automatic fail.
[B] Respect all present staff and attending interviewees. Disrespect is not tolerated and will result in you being removed from the server.
[C] You must answer each question within 60 seconds after being asked the question. If you go over this limit, you will fail that question.
[D] Please refrain from going AFK without permission or telling an admin. Results can lead to a kick/failure for this session.
[F] Grammar is required at all times. Failure to use grammar will result in you failing your interview.

Interview Guide
Prior to the session beginning, every admin who is willing to assist will join 20 minutes before the session begins. They will all line up in front of the host, where the host will distribute all the roles for that session. After that phase is over, admins will go on their line accordingly, and patiently wait for interviewees to arrive. The PTS Manager is in charge of answering any questions that customers have before the session begins. Once the session is about to begin, the host will server lock the server. After that, the host will begin the interview session with a welcoming message. The host will introduce both themselves and their Co-Host. The Co-Host will then state all the rules for the session. At this time, the host will use ‘sessionlog’ command to log everyone for that session. This command will send a message to all the admins in that server stating to PM the host stating their role and username. After everyone has been logged, the host will use the ‘sessionlogged’ command to inform the admins that they have been logged. When the interview session has begun, you will go up to a interviewee and ask them to follow you into an open office. You might also want to ask your interviewees if they have any questions before you begin, then proceed to ask the interview questions. If they pass, inform them of the handbook and the other useful information that can be found there. After you have done that, tell them to follow you to the lines where the promoter will be standing promoting the interviewee. If they fail, correct them on what they did wrong and inform them that they can try again at the next interview and dismiss them. If they do not leave the game after being dismissed, you are to ban them.

Interview Tips
[1] If the interviewee corrects their grammar mistake before you do, the grammar mistake does not count.
[2] Look for more descriptive answers. Additionally, look for interviewees with a decent skill of vocabulary.
[3] Judge responses based on response time, grammar usage, and the subject of the answer.
