A complete, modern, and fully customizable hotel check-in system for Roblox, featuring a sleek UI, flexible configuration, and no cost.

How to Use

For Guests

  1. Approach a staffed kiosk or a self-check-in machine.
  2. Select a room type (self-check-in may require a gamepass).
  3. If asked for a gamepass, complete the purchase.
  4. Receive your keycard and room number.
  5. Go to your assigned room.

For Staff

  1. Approach a Staff Monitor.
  2. Enter the player’s username.
  3. Choose a room type.
  4. Press Check In or Check Out.
  5. The target player confirms the prompt and receives their keycard; checking out removes their keycard and frees the room.

Using Keycards

  1. Walk to your assigned room.
  2. Equip your keycard and tap the door panel or handle.
  3. Enter your room.
  4. The door automatically closes after 5 seconds.

Customization

Room Types

Create unlimited room types using the RoomTypes table, configuring names, IDs, gamepasses, requirements, and more.

Rewards & Logging

Enable webhook logs for Discord notifications on staff check-ins and check-outs. Optionally reward staff via leaderstats for completed tasks.

Open Permission System

Specify exact allowed ranks for:

  • Manual check-ins
  • Staff card access
  • Any staff-only features
    for precise control and scalability.
