Bloxvetica is a character set made from CSG, based on the popular font Helvetica. Currently includes all letters, small and capital. All letters can be de-unioned and negated without presenting an error, making block engraving easy. Each character has a discrete size on a 1x1 grid, making letter spacing easy.
Notable differences from Helvetica:
[ul]
[li]Each stroke is of uniform width[/li]
[li]The small letter ‘y’ has a straight tail [/li]
[li]Proportions are altered slightly to fit a grid[/li]
[/ul]
If you were, hypothetically, taking suggestions for another font to tackle; my personal request would be a serif font, like Palatino Linotype or Times. Would be a nice compliment to sans-serif helvetica.
Somebody should create a font > CSG plugin, I think that’d be a really good idea. I have no clue about font files, but would certainly be putting this together for you if I did.
Uh I don’t really think that would work at all. CSG works by combining ROBLOX’s primitive objects/CSG parts with each other. It doesn’t actually construct a mesh from data you supply it with.

You’d have to like, read each individual pixel of each character and union it all together somehow.
Not sure how the OP did it, but I would save the font file as a .png, upload it as a decal, and then build over the decal. That’s how I built a logo, and it turned out pretty nicely
I did it by hand; I looked for character maps online, inserted them into a paint program, and checked proportions by pixel. Since Roblox does not have a mesh for ellipses, I had to settle for rounded rectangles.
