Our expertly trained Baristas will always offer you the most excellent customer service when serving you and will help you navigate the many items available on the Cubanó menu. You should explore the island surrounding our cafe and take in the breathtaking views of the ocean.

Customer Regulations
As a Customer at Cubanó, we expect you to abide by our regulations to ensure the smooth running of all our operations at all times, whilst also maintaining the welcoming environment we have worked immensely hard to create! You must not do any of the behaviours on this list or you may face sanctions (confidential to the Management Team).
Regulation 1: Trolling
Trolling is any behaviour that disrupts our operations and is intended to annoy or be malicious. Some examples of trolling behaviours are:
- Ordering things that do not exist
- Standing on tables/counters
- Refusal to follow instructions given by Management
- Being disrespectful towards people.
Regulation 2: Spamming
Spamming is any behaviour that involves sending multiple messages intended to clog up the chat and prevent communication. This may be done in large chunks of text or small messages.Regulation 3: Harassment
Trolling is any behaviour that is persistent and is intended to bring annoyance to whomever is the victim of it. Some behaviours which count as harassment are:
- Following people around the cafe
- Ordering from the same individual multiple times
- Standing inside people’s avatars
- Attempting to copy/mimic a person’s avatar
Regulation 4: Discrimination
Discrimination is any behaviour that intends to isolate someone through malicious and hateful actions/speech. Some examples of discrimination are:
- Racism
- Homophobia
- Sexism
- Ableism
- Hating on any religion
- Transphobia & misgendering
Regulation 5: Exploiting
Exploiting is the behaviour of using third party softwares to cause destruction to the game or taking advantage of bugs to disrupt operations. Some examples of exploiting are:
- Flying
- Glitching through walls
- Modifying properties like walkspeed
- Unnatural movements like extremely fast spinning
The above examples are not every behaviour which is prohibited. The Management Team has the right to give punishments to any individual for breaking any rule.
Rank Information
At Cubanó, we have many different ranks which have different responsibilities and duties. The below information outlines what are ranks are and offers some guidance on what they do.
Classification Ranks Customers Awaiting Rank - Noted Customer Low Ranks (LR) Trainee - Barista Specialist Middle Ranks (MR) Staff Assistant - Coordinator High Ranks (HR) Corporate Assistant - Corporate Director Senior High Ranks (SHR) Executive of Administration - Board of Directors Presidential Vice President - Chairwoman Customers
1. Awaiting Rank: A new member to the group. They are waiting to be verified to become a Premium Customer (and someone who is able to become staff).
2. Premium Customer: A regular customer. They are able to attend the application center and start their journey as a staff member.
3. Alliance Representative: Someone who is a member of the Relations Team at one of our official alliances. They have active communication with our own Relations Department.
4. Noted Customer: A former Senior High Rank or other individual who has held a significant role in the growth and development of Cubano.
Low Ranks (LR)
5. Trainee: They have passed their application and are eligible to attend a training to become an official Barista at the cafe.
6. Junior Barista: A newly qualified Barista. They have recently been trained and are getting to know their responsibilities as a member of the LR Team.
7. Barista: A more experienced member of the LR Team who has attended a second training and passed. They show greater understanding of their duties, however, still have more to learn.
8. Senior Barista: The most experienced member of the LR Team. They have all the understanding of their duties as a Barista and are now able to begin their transition to Management, beginning with being eligible for a promotion to Barista Specialist.
9. Barista Specialist: Dedicated Senior Baristas who show excellent work ethic and commitment to their duties are able to be promoted to this role. They are the individuals the Staffing Department feels are suitable to the Management Team.
Middle Ranks (MR)
10. Staff Assistant: The first member of the Management Team. They have successfully undergone the Trial Programme and have became a certified member of the team. They are able to do basic moderation tasks and attend shifts.
11. Supervisor: The second rank within the Management Team. They had been recognised for their commitment and exceptional work ethic. They are able to co-host shifts due to being proven capable within the team.
12. Manager: The third rank within the Management Team. They have been proven reliable in their past work within the team and are trusted with more seniority. They are able to host and coordinate shifts.
13. Coordinator: The final rank within the Management Team. Whilst still able to host shifts, they also become an Aspirant for one of our two departments to gain some insight before joining the High Rank Team.
High Ranks (HR)
14. Corporate Assistant: The first rank in the High Rank Team. They are still learning their duties as a High Rank but are able to carry out all of the tasks the department do now as an official HR.
15: Corporate Officer: The second rank within the High Rank Team. They have shown excellent results within their past work as a Corporate Assistant and received a promotion in return.
16. Corporate Director: The final rank within the High Rank Team. They have proven themselves capable and responsible to their department leaders and are entrusted to carry out tasks independently. They assist with coordinating the department when applicable.
Senior High Ranks (SHR)
17. Executive of Administration: They are the co-leaders of the Staffing & Relations Departments. They collaborate with the department leads and offer their insight when required.
18. Board of Directors: They are the leaders of the Staffing & Relations Departments and are responsible for the general running of Cubanó.
Presidential
19. Vice President: The Overseer of the Relations Department.
20. President: The Overseer of the Staffing Department. They lead all game development.
21. Chairwoman: The owner of Cubanó; they oversee all of the operations and development.
Alliance Information
If you are interested in forming an alliance with Cubanó, please review this information. We are always looking for new groups to partner with, however we have some specific requirements which must be met in order for your application to be successful.
- Group must be a roleplay style group (ie: cafe, restaurant, dentist, juice-bar)
- Group must not sell any ranks with administrator commands
- You must be willing to provide two representatives
- You must have a main game released or in active development
If these requirements are met, you should review the questions below and write your responses to them. We would like these submitted in the DMs of a Relations Department member in a Google Document. Your document should have some organisation and structure to it.
