Current Crown of Knowledge thumbnail innacurately features the item

As you can see, the current thumbnail for the Crown of Knowledge is seemingly shown sideways, innacurately representing how the item looks, and also misrepresenting the historic representation of these items.
Domino Crowns are known to face forwards, thumbnail being front facing.

Expected behavior

If this were fixed, The previous thumbnail or a more suitable one with the face showing how the Domino Crown is would be correct.
