Custom faces not fitting the default roblox head

So I’ve been trying to put custom faces onto charcaters in roblox studio byt replacing the decals texture within the head to my face, however its always stretched out and doesn’t fit the head, the image below should show what im saying.

ive tried many fixes, using textures does the same thing no matter what setting i tweak, and using surface gui doesnt fit onto meshes, the only thing that works is putting a decal on a part Infront of the head but that looks weird from the side profile, any fixes for this? (ive also tried putting AlwaysOnTop on for surfacegui, but then the image will clip through every part.)

Maybe try re-exporting it from whatever art platform you use but scale it down a bit? Decals can be a bit weird on non-flat objects

That texture not matching face UV

just make the face smaller and not on up to image bounds

it doesnt work, every time i upload the image roblox makes it go to the image bounds

i have tried this before, roblox keeps scaling it back up for me

this is for r15, i use r6, and ive looked through their UV’s and its for clothing not faces
